This high fibre smoothie is a great hunger buster! Frozen berries and rolled oats bring a satisfying creamy texture to this nutritious drink.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups So Good™ Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • 250g frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tbs linseed meal

PREPARATION: 5 mins
COOKING TIME: Nil

SERVES: Four

METHOD:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender

  3. Blend until smooth
